Tutorial start: First step: Open the picture, I don't need to tell you.

The third step: duplicate a layer, then click on the Channel panel, select the green channel, CTRL + A key to all selected--ctrl+c key copy

Fourth step: Click the blue Channel, Ctrl + V paste. Click on the RGB composite channel above the channel, back to the layers panel.
