Photoshop design dreamy cyan spot aperture effect

Spot Wallpaper Focus is the production of spot parts. The most common way to do this is to define some round or square translucent brushes first. Final effect

1, create a new size appropriate document, a new layer filled with dark gray, the following figure.

3, temporarily hide the background layer and layer 1. Create a new layer, select the rectangular marquee tool and pull out the rectangular selections shown in the image below to fill the black.

11, in Layer 1, create a new layer 5, draw some smaller square shape, and then the appropriate radial blur processing.

12. Refer to the method and setting of the rectangle brush, then make a round brush, the following figure.

13, the same method and then draw some circular pattern, complete the final effect.
