Today we are going to add a photo of the sun that is scattering from the clouds for a picture of the sea and Sky, which is simple but the result is very good.
1. Open an image to be processed (Figure 1), and create a new layer 1 above the background layer.
Figure 1
2. With the rectangular marquee tool, set the property to add to the selection, and randomly draw a rectangle with varying width and spacing on layer 1 and fill it with white (Figure 2).

3. Execute menu-Filter noise-add noise, number 100%, select Gaussian distribution, pick monochrome option, then execute menu-Filter-blur-motion blur, angle set to 90 degrees, distance to 100 pixels (Figure 3).

4. Execute menu-edit-free transform, hold down the CTRL key, drag the nodes on Four corners to adjust the image shape to look like (Figure 4) style.

5. Execute menu-Filter-blur-motion blur, angle set to 90 degrees, distance of 20 pixels, then execute menu-image-Adjust-hue/saturation, set image brightness to +80 (Figure 5).

6. Back to the background layer, with the Polygon lasso tool, at the top of the light involves the part of the cloud with the bottom of the light involved in the sea, arbitrary sets of the selection, and Execution menu-select-Feather, feather radius set to 20 pixels (Figure 6).
Figure 6
7. Execute menu-image-Adjust-curve to brighten the color of the image in the selection (Figure 7).

8. Go back to Layer 1, execute menu-Filter-Blur-Gaussian blur, angle 0 degrees, distance 10 pixels, OK, finished (Figure 8).
