　　1. Add a new layer above the layer to make the wetting effect, and draw the initial droplet shape.
　　Now select Layer > New > Layer and click OK, or click the Create new Layer icon at the bottom of the layer palette. This creates "Layer 1".
Press (D) the keyboard key to set the default color, at which point the foreground color swatch will become black.
Press (B) the keyboard key to activate the Brush tool, and then in the upper options bar, set the following: 19 pixel hard edge brush, Normal mode, 100% opacity.
Now draw a small black spot in layer 1 and wiggle the brush a little while drawing. We'll use this initial shape to build the layer style.
Press (Z) the keyboard key to activate the Zoom tool and click on the water droplets you draw to enlarge it so that you can see more clearly.

　　2. Build layer styles by reducing fill opacity.
In the Layer palette, click the layer 1 thumbnail two times to open the Layer Styles dialog box.
Find the advanced blending section down and change fill opacity to 3%. This reduces the opacity of the filled pixel, but keeps the shapes drawn in the layer. Note: This step will make the black that you draw in layer 1 nearly disappear. "

　　3. Add a small piece of thick projection.
　　Click the drop shadow name (not the check box) in the effect list on the left side of the dialog box.
In the projection section on the right, set opacity to 100%, change distance to 1 pixels, and size to 1 pixels.
In the quality section, click the down small arrow to the right of the contour curve thumbnail and select the Gaussian curve. This is a curved line that looks like a smooth tilted (S) letter.

4. Add a soft inner shadow.
　　Click the inner shadow name in the effect list on the left side of the dialog box.
In the structure section, set blending mode to color depth, opacity to 43%, and size to 10 pixels. "

　　5. Add an additional inner shadow around the edge of the shape.
Click the inner glow name in the effect list on the left side of the dialog box.
In the structure section, set blending mode to overlay, opacity to 30%, and color swatch to black.
To change the color swatch, click the color swatch to open the colour picker, drag the cursor to black, and then click OK.

　　6. Add high light and inner glow to the shape.
Click the bevel and Emboss name in the effect list on the left side of the dialog box.
In the structure section, set method to carved clear, depth set to 250%, size to 15 pixels, and soften to 10 pixels.
In the Shadow section, set the angle to 90, the height setting to 30, and the opacity setting to 100%. Then set the darkened mode to color Dodge, the color swatch is set to white, and the opacity setting is 37%.
You have now finished setting the layer style, but don't click OK first.

7. Store this layer style preparation for later use.
Press the new Style button on the right side of the Layer Style dialog box. This opens a dialog box where you can name the style and click OK to store it.
　　Note: After you save the style, you can find the style in the position of the last thumbnail in the Open Style palette by selecting window > Style.

Now click OK to exit the Layer Style dialog box. In the Layers palette, click the arrow next to the layer style (f) icon to hide the style. Note notes the meaning of the meaning:::: You can draw some water droplets on "layer 1". Just make sure the brush tool is active and draw where you want the water droplets to appear. You can also use the Eraser tool to edit or remove existing water droplets.

　　8. Add a text layer to the document.
Press the (T) keyboard key to activate the type tool.
In the upper option bar, click the Palette button to open the character palette.
In the character palette, select the font you want. Sets the color to black. Then click the Paragraph tab and click the Center Text button on the upper left portion of the palette.
Now click the Document Center and enter Rain drops. To reposition the text you typed, move the cursor outside the text until the cursor changes to a move icon, and then click Drag.
To apply text, click the hook at the top right of the option bar or press Enter (MAC) or Ctrl-enter (Windows). This will generate the text layer "Rain drops".

　　9. Add a new white layer underneath the text layer and merge it into the text layer.
Keep the Rain drops type layer active, hold down the Command key (MAC) or CTRL (Windows) Click the Create new Layer icon at the bottom of the layer palette, and create a new layer below the text layer. Layer 2 is created.
Fill Layer 2 with white by pressing (D) the keyboard key to load the default color. Then select Edit > Fill > Background color or press Command-delete (MAC) or Ctrl-backspace key (Windows) to fill the layer with the background color.
Click the Rain drops layer to activate the layer.
Select Layer > Merge down or press Command-e (MAC) or CTRL-E key (Windows). This removes the Rain drops layer and merges it down into Layer 2.

10. Use filters to harden the edges of the merged layers.
To keep Layer 2 active, select Filter > Pixel > Grid work.
Set cell size to 10, and then click OK.

　　11. Blurred text/image after hardening.
To keep Layer 2 active, select Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur.
In the dialog box, set the radius to 5.0 pixels, and then click OK.

　　12. Select the soft text image to harden the edges by increasing the contrast.
Leave Layer 2 Active, select Image > Adjust > Levels. "" In the Levels dialog box, set input levels to 160, 1.00, 190, and then click OK.

　　13. Load a selection from the text/image and delete the white area.
To load a selection from Layer 2, press the command-option-~ key (MAC) or the ctrl-alt-~ key (Windows). You can also do this by clicking the Channels tab, and then clicking the "Load Channel as a selection" icon at the bottom of the palette.
The selection is loaded and the white area is selected. Press the Delete key (MAC) or the Backspace key (Windows) to remove the white area around the black text. You can now choose Select > Deselect to cancel the selection.

　　14. Apply the stored layer styles to the black text layer.
Leave Layer 2 active and choose Window > style to open the style palette.
At the end of the thumbnail list, locate the Rain drops style that you stored, and click the style to apply it to layer 2.
