Step 1:
-Sets the foreground color to # 212121 and the background color to # 000000 (black). Create a radial gradient from the center of the document to one of the corners.
-Use the color # F4EDD2 to create the text, the font is junegull. We want two different sizes of text to appear. So if you want a different size, create the text on separate layers separately. The larger size is 250 pixels, and setting the line spacing is 180 (if necessary, modify the vertical distance between lines).
-The smaller size is 150. You can change the size according to your liking, my setting is as follows
Step 2:
Double-click the text layer to apply the following styles:
-Outer glow: Change the blending mode to strong light, contour to cone–inverted, make sure Anti-aliasing is selected.
-Inner glow: Just change the color to # FFFF00.
-Change the padding value to 0.
