Photoshop tips for making rolling drops

Often on the internet to see a lot of beautiful dynamic flowers and plants, the above often have shiny water droplets, or drops drop the dynamic effect. I have been looking for the material of water droplets, only the transparent flash has been found in the material of water droplets. But when I converted the flash of transparent beads into GIF pictures, the background was white. Because the water droplets are transparent, so I have no way to pull down. This afternoon on the Internet to find some tutorials, learned how to do the water droplets, and then I tried to make a few dynamic picture of the droplet effect, feel pretty good. Everyone in the picture, or template with dynamic effect of the water droplets, will be very beautiful. Here is my production process:

First, open the favorite picture, double-click the layer to unlock. Hold down the SHIFT key where you need to do the drops, use the Round Marquee tool, draw a positive circle on the picture, and then press CTRL+J to copy the image from the selection to the new layer.

Second, click on the public bar above the filter---twisted---spherical (once or two), and then click the filter---blur---gaussian blur (not too high value)
