Ruby Regular Expression

Three methods of representation:

Regexp.new (' ^s*[a-z] ')
/^s*[a-z]/
%r ... {^s*[a-z]}

Note: $&: matching characters; $ ': characters before matching characters; $ ': characters after matching characters.

In addition, there are a number of global variables $~,$1......$9 also save the relevant information, in which, $~ saved all information about the match, and so on save the corresponding first few matching value information.
