The contents of the book cover many medical knowledge, especially the QT extension syndrome. It also covers many details of the pharmaceutical, medical, legal, and drug approvals industries in the United States. The overall view is very professional. I can't help but ask the doctor, the judge, the drug factory and the medicine name in the book. But then the book found that the author on the title page is almost entirely false.

The original English version was published in 2012. Not old. But the two details that are mentioned in the book are earlier: tapes, tape recorders seem to be more popular devices, genetic testing is inconvenient, no commercial companies do, and a lab is to be found.

It is strange to look through the book and not see the original English title. Using the author's name to search the Amazon U.S. website should be "deadly Rhythm". But Amazon America has only one author. The Chinese version lists the second author.

The translator is a Fellow of the Hospital of the Fu Wai to engage in cardiac electrophysiology. Translation is quite professional, writing is also good, more fluent.

Compared with the recently-seen novel "Death Case", which is dominated by doctors, the book's Conflict, transition, suspense is small, the first half in addition to the hospital rescue part, the whole is flat.
