Removing memory read/write Errors for Windows XP

The Ghost system is prone to this problem.

When a computer system runs a program or game with a large capacity, the system will automatically prompt "xx memory cannot be read or written, how can we eliminate it effectively and ensure that the system will not re-encounter system memory read/write errors when running a large program or game? In fact, when we encounter the above fault information unfortunately, we can try to troubleshoot the problem in sequence according to the following steps.

Remove invalid plug-in programs

During surfing the Internet, many plug-in programs are secretly installed in computer systems, and many plug-in programs often have the function of preventing deletion, therefore, these plug-ins can easily conflict with other applications and indirectly cause system memory read/write errors. To provide a clean and stable working environment for large-capacity applications or games, we 'd better use security protection software on a regular basis, to check whether the system has been secretly installed with various invalid spam plug-ins. Once discovered, you can immediately uninstall them from the system.

Manual Repair System Service

If an error occurs in the Windows Management Instrumentation Service related to system memory read/write operations, the system prompts a memory read/write error. Therefore, when this error occurs, you can try to manually repair the Windows Management Instrumentation Service. The specific repair steps are as follows:

First, right-click the "my computer" icon on the system desktop, and execute the "manage" command from the shortcut menu to open the computer management window of the local system, in the left-side area of the window, expand the "service and application"/"service" options in turn, and in the area displayed on the right of the corresponding "service" option, find the Windows Management Instrumentation Service, right-click the service option, and execute the "properties" command from the shortcut menu to open the Service property setting interface;

On the "General" tab page of the settings page, click "stop" to temporarily stop the Windows Management Instrumentation Service. Then, open the resource manager window of the computer system and expand the "Windows", "system32", "wbem", and "repository" folders in sequence, back up all the files in the "repository" folder window. After the backup is complete, clear all the files in the folder;

Next, restart the computer system. After the system is successfully started, follow the previous steps to open the properties setting interface of the Windows Management Instrumentation Service, and click the "Start" button on the interface, I believe that the Windows Management Instrumentation Service can run normally.

Repair System damaged files

If the computer system is accidentally infected with a virus or accidentally deleted, the system files related to system memory read/write operations may be damaged, and once these system files are damaged, therefore, we are prone to memory read/write failures. Therefore, if you encounter a memory read/write error, follow these steps to fix the system and check whether the system contains corrupted files:

First, we use the latest version of anti-virus software to thoroughly scan and kill computer systems. If the computer system is infected with a virus and does not clear the virus, even if the system files are repaired, viruses may continue to damage system files. Therefore, you can use anti-virus software to clean up all viruses on your computer in time to prevent system files from being threatened by viruses.

Next, use the "sfc" command that comes with the system to try to restore the damaged system file to a normal state. When repairing damaged system files, just enter "CMD" in the running process, open the "command prompt" window, enter the string command "sfc/scannow", and click the Enter key, the command program will search and scan the system files in every corner of the system. Once the system file version is incorrect or the system file is damaged, the prompt page will pop up automatically, we need to insert an installation disc for Windows to extract normal system files to replace abnormal system files, so as to repair system files. If the system repair operation is successful, we believe that when we restart the computer system, we will not see any abnormal phenomenon.

Release system memory in time

We know that when running a large program or game, it consumes a considerable amount of system memory resources. If the memory space is insufficient, the system memory read/write error prompt is likely to occur. To effectively avoid this error message, we recommend that you restart the computer system before running a large-capacity program or game, so that the system memory space can be fully released; if the computer memory space itself is relatively small, we recommend that you upgrade the memory in time to expand the effective use of the memory, to prevent system memory read/write errors due to insufficient system memory.

Of course, when the system's memory space is insufficient, we should first temporarily close the anti-virus software that is randomly started and related instant monitoring programs, then try to test the applications or online games with a large capacity. Because anti-virus software and related monitoring programs consume some system memory resources to some extent, shutting them down can save a lot of memory space, this effectively avoids memory read/write errors. Of course, it is worth noting that after running a large-capacity program or game, we must remember to enable all the monitoring functions of related programs in a timely manner.
