Symptom: Start just enter the system interface, point what all can not open, must wait for a minute or so to open.
Solution:

First, please upgrade anti-virus software Virus Library, comprehensive anti-virus, to eliminate the cause of the virus.

Second, start → run, input msconfig→ OK. In an open system system configuration program, turn off some of the unimportant services and startup programs, and restart the computer.

Third, go to "My Computer"--Tools--Folder Options--View--Cancel the "Automatically search network folders and printers" check.

Four, the system will be temporarily stagnant after Windows XP startup into the desktop, then start any program will not respond, this is because the Windows XP DHCP client service is assigning IP addresses for network cards, the system will temporarily stagnate for some time. As long as in the "desktop → Network Neighborhood → right → properties → Internet connection", right-click the Local Area Connection icon, and then select Properties, select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) from the list in the General tab of the pop-up Properties window, and then click the Properties button. In the Pop-up Properties window, select the "Use the following IP address" option and enter "192.168.0.1" and "255.255.255.0" in "IP Address" and "Subnet mask" (the specific IP address depends on your actual situation) and finally click OK to exit the Setup window.

Start → settings → network connection → Right-click local connection → properties → Double-click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) → Specify the IP address and subnet mask using the IP address below if the IP address is empty. If you can set the IP address to 192.168.0.X (any value between X 1-255), the subnet mask can be set to 255.255.255.0→ OK → OK.

Clear the Prefetch directory, enter the C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch folder, remove all files with the extension pf, and reboot.
