Samsung tablets cannot access the Internet

1. Access the Internet through a phone card

1. The GPRS Internet service has been activated for the phone card at the network supplier.

To enable the tablet to access the Internet, you must configure the following operations:

Go:

Set-wireless and network-mobile network-use data packets

1.1.2. Check the internet access parameter settings

Adjust the internet parameters and go:

 
Set-wireless and network-mobile network-Access Point Name-press Menu key-select reset APN
If you still cannot access the Internet after the machine's internet access parameters are correctly set, we recommend that you restart the machine. After the machine is restarted, it cannot be resolved. We recommend that you restore the factory settings.

Note: restoring factory settings will lose important data stored on the machine. We recommend that you back up important data stored on the machine in advance before restoring the factory settings. For example: phone Book, short messages, photos, video files, etc.

The problem persists. We recommend that you send the machine to the service center for detection and query the service center information in the following ways:

2. Access the Internet through WLAN

. There is a wireless network signal environment around

1. Check whether the WLAN function is enabled. Choose Settings> Wireless and Network> WLAN settings> WLAN.

 
2. Check whether the wireless router can connect to the Internet normally.
 

3. If the wireless router is encrypted, you need to enter a password to connect to the network after searching for the WLAN signal on the machine.

2. There is no wireless network signal environment around

Wireless Internet access is required for machines in a wireless network signal environment. If you want to enable wireless Internet access in a fixed place, you are advised to purchase a wireless router and use it after setting it.
