Copy to File Share (Libraries and lists grouping)
This action sends the current entry as a copy to a specified location (the file system's net share path). (This action is only available when the list workflow is designed.)
For a description of the configuration item:
Destination
This required entry requires a valid UNC path that the SharePoint server can access, such as \ \ No fileserver\reports. If you do not specify a file name on the destination path, the original file name is used.
Username
The user name of the destination end.
Password
The password on the destination side.
Copy to SharePoint (Libraries and lists groupings)
This action is used to copy an entry from the current list to another list in SharePoint. When a workflow runs on a document library, the entries that run the workflow are copied, and the attachments of the entries are copied in the list.
For a description of the configuration item:
Destination
Select a location
A tree-shaped chart is displayed to select the destination document library, folder location.
Enter a URL
Manually enter a location for the URL format.
Copy InfoPath form/copy Embedded Attachments
This option is available when you design a workflow on a form library. Used to extract embedded attachments on a copy form. The XPath query is used to specify where the attachment is stored in the XML structure. If you query to multiple attachment nodes, all attachments will be copied. If you want to copy the actual form from the form library, select the Copy InfoPath form option.
Overwrite Options
What to do when a file with the same name exists on the destination side.
Remove Existing Item
Files that already exist are removed, and if the version is turned on, the newly created file on the destination is the initial version.
Rename New Item
Files of the same name coexist, and the purpose is achieved by appending the timestamp to the file name.
Update Existing Item
Overwrites an existing file, and if the version is turned on, a new version of the file is generated.
Create folder structure
Whether to copy the folder structure of the source side to the destination, does not support the scenario where the destination is a remote SharePoint environment.
COPY Item Meta Data
Whether to copy the bar destination metadata.
Store result in
The new URL of the file after the copy is saved in this workflow flow.
Override credentials
If the destination is a remote SharePoint environment or if you want to specify credential information, you need to fill in the credential information at that point, and the default is to use global SharePoint access permissions if you do not fill it out. Note: A file that is copied to the current farm using the global System account does not automatically trigger the workflow at the destination location.
