Chapter I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Chapter II Rules

(a) The publication of sensitive information, the station can regain the authority of the host. Hazard information mainly includes:

3. Disclosing state secrets, endangering national security or damaging national honour and interests;

5. Undermining the state's religious policies and advocating cults and superstitions;

6. Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

7. Preach gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;

8. Incitement to unlawful assembly, association, procession, demonstration, mass gathering to disrupt social order;

9. Contains other elements prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and state regulations.

(v) Infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of others, the station can recover the authority of the host. Violations of the legitimate rights and interests of others are mainly:

(c) The station shall be responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of these provisions.

(d) This provision shall be implemented as from March 26, 2013.
