In Win7, it seems that you cannot successfully apply for an Advanced Certificate, and the Activex control is always downloaded. The CSP list box also indicates that the certificate is being loaded.
In the past, the XP system was used, and the CSP list box was quickly loaded! I also suspected that it was a problem with IE8 and IE9. After testing with a virtual machine and using IE8 in XP, I can also successfully apply for a certificate! So it must be a problem with Windows 7!
Solution:
1. Control Panel-> Administrative Tools-> services-> Protected Storage (set disabled to AUTO in the Startup Type and click "start ")
2nd modify the registration table (run regedit.exe with administrator)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ ActiveX Compatibility \ {415698e4-e730-4e5c-a2b1-21490a70c8a1 })
Set Compatibility Flags to 0 (400 by default)
3. Register xenroll. dll
Download xenroll. dll from the Internet or copy it from system32 in XP, save xenroll. dll to system32 in the windows 7 installation directory, run cmd.exe with the administrator ID, and run regsvr32 xenroll. dll for registration.
4, IE9 select the developer tool, select IE7 (must be IE7) Open the web site to apply for a certificate on OK, you can refer to: http://www.bkjia.com/ OS /201201/117333.html
