Step 1: Open "computer", find the "C:/Windows/System32/LogFiles" folder, right-click and select "properties ";
Step 2: click "security" and select "advanced ";
Step 3: click "owner" and select "edit ";
Step 4: select the currently used account "aaa" and click "OK;
Step 5: click "OK" in the pop-up option box;
Step 6: click "Start Menu" and Right-click "computer" and choose "manage" to go to Step 7;
Step 7: Select the "service" option;
Step 8: Find the "Remote Access Auto Connection ManagerRemote" service. If it is not enabled, right-click and select "start ";
Step 9: confirm that the Service "Access Connection Manager" is enabled. If not, right-click the service and select "start ";
Step 10: confirm that the Service "Telephony" is enabled. If not, right-click and select "start ";
Step 2: Obtain the permissions of the "C: WindowsSystem32LogFiles" folder and ensure that all of the above services are enabled to resolve the 11th error of bandwidth dialing.
