Solution to the dynamic traffic card certificate problem of China Construction Bank in Windows 7

Symptom:

A blank window is displayed when you use the China Construction Bank's online banking service for payment or password retrieval. After the window is closed, the prompt is: Check the certificate.

 

Trial Process:

1. If the certificate backed up before the import is successful, the message "Import succeeded" is displayed, but you cannot view the certificate with certmgr. MSC :(

2. Search for the site on the Internet and try to add the site to the "trusted site". The method is invalid.

3. Consult 95533, saying you must go to the counter to apply for a new certificate

4. At the counter, the salesperson gave "re-activating an online banking business"

5. initialize the online banking and set the password.

6. Try to log on with an online banking account and password, but still prompts "no certificate installed" :(

 

Solution:

1. On the CCB homepage, go to online banking, download ,"China Construction Bank E-Road escort online banking security components (Personal Edition)During installation, the system prompts that information such as the CCB root certificate will be imported.

2. log on to the online banking account and prompt to download the certificate. The installation is successful.

 

Note:

1. I am using a dynamic logging card.

2. Install the "yundun" driver when installing the security component.

3. Check the certificate on the computer and find that there is another CCB certificate besides the root certificate on the website. This is probably a personal certificate.

4. You can try to export your personal certificate as a backup.
