Start a business in January

I entered Bian Feng's internship in November 9, 2009. In April 26, 2012, I left Bian Feng and started my own entrepreneurial journey.

Today is July 22, May 30, 2012. I suddenly want to talk about my own entrepreneurial experience for a month.

When I first left Bian Feng, I said to myself, "the road I chose is to kneel down and finish him." I am also prepared to meet the difficulties again and again. No matter whether it is successful or not, I think this experience is a great fortune for my life. I care about this process.

If you start your own business and start your own business as an employee in the company, you can think of the name of the company as a headache. There are dozens of names in the past and after, however, many of the better names have been registered or cannot be used. In the end, it is named Geping technology, which means things, self-cultivation, Qi Jia, governing the country, leveling the world, and things as the basis, for the purpose of playing the game, it is a kind of mind. After thinking about the name, you have to go to the registration process, go to the bank to pay the registration fund and other procedures. In this way, our company was established, Hangzhou Geping Technology Co., Ltd. After I choose to start my own business, I will often look at programs like fortune life to see how other entrepreneurs come along step by step and how to deal with problems in the entrepreneurial process, I hope our company can learn from some of their experiences. Of course, I also learned a lot during the course of watching this program.

Five people started my business with me, three of whom were engaged in technology, and the other two were responsible for project and team management. Fortunately, we have received several projects since the very beginning, and some people have invested in us. This is very beneficial to the company's early operation. I feel very lucky.

Our company is engaged in children's education and has cooperation with the publishing house. We also work on Apple and Android products. At the beginning, there was a shortage of manpower and the project was very tight. Within three months, we had to complete six projects in total. I get up at eight o'clock every morning and come back at 10 o'clock every night. I always feel that time is not enough. I always feel that time is too short. I dream about projects at night.

The days have been like this, and there is no ups and downs, but the ups and downs are still coming.

Two weeks after the establishment of the company, we proposed to withdraw from the Team as one of the three technical personnel, which was a big blow to us and half of several projects, the progress of the project is likely to be delayed. The team was already very busy, and this was even worse, but it was hard to continue. I had no way back, I can only bear it. Those days were very painful. The press had to make progress all day long. We had to come to me for big and small things. Suddenly we felt like we were at the intersection of several rivers, and all the pressure was on me, I don't know which one to deal with first, and I almost suffocated. The project is tight, and code changes all night are also a problem. One of the most pressing projects is that the publishing house can run applications stably on PCs, iPad, and andriod within two days. I changed the code overnight for two consecutive nights, the last two nights were changed to over 5 o'clock in the morning. Of course, I would like to thank a few kids shoes that have been with me all night. Without them, it is impossible to complete the task. If you do not know how to adjust yourself under such a high pressure, it is very easy to have problems. It will not take long for you to resist. Of course, fortunately, I will adjust myself. At night, I will walk out with some good friends, sing loudly, and then yell a few times; or I will let go of everything at hand, then, I rode my bike and quickly rode to the Bank of Qiantang. Then, I stopped to see people coming and going, and checked the shuttle traffic. Then I managed my own thoughts, called my friends, and chatted with my parents, say you are good. Suddenly, I felt a lot relieved and started a lot.

Now, two projects have been basically done, and two projects have been half done. Everything is normal, and the company is moving forward step by step.

2012 is a special year for me. In, I quit a job that everyone else thought was a good job and chose to do it myself. In my opinion, when a person is young, he should be able to perform more things, experience more, and be a fortune for the future. I don't care what it will be like in the future, but since I have chosen it, I have to be brave enough to go on!

For everyone, there will be several important doors in their life. For me, entering the lab at a university is a very important door, which puts me on the road of programming, in addition, I learned how to do things. If I adjusted my mind, I went to the frontend to work, which improved my technology and moved me out of campus, enter the society and feel the society. The third door is to start your own business. I know this door is very difficult, but I firmly believe that this door will give me more things.
