Strengthen Financial professional knowledge and transform from code development to business design

Since the beginning of this year, it has been seldom written.CodeNow. after the end of the year, I will study avaloq without a stop and take the certification exam. fortunately, it passed successfully. after the test, I immediately invested in the business learning of new customers. the banking system is complicated and the business is dazzling. this also shows that Hong Kong's financial development is not a blow.

 

The current work is basically not exposed to code (at least for the time being, it will not be easy to say in the future), but it has high business requirements. You need to know how to implement each business in the avaloq system and how to check it. this also gives us a good opportunity to learn business. the entire system is divided into the following seven subsystems:

1. CRM & Wealth Management (enabled, basic customer information, and account management)

2. Credit (responsible for credit management, risk management, and mortgage value calculation)

3. Security Trading (securities trading, transfers, remittances)

4. Custodian (Securities Management, ownership transfer, delivery ,)

5. Cost & pricing (calculation and management of various banking fees)

6. FX (foreign currency transactions, deposits and loans)

7. Structured Products (Financial Derivatives and structural products)

 

I am responsible for credit and structured products, and have time to learn about several other important subsystems.

 

I will use this platform to summarize the financial knowledge I have learned.
