When I first arrived at the Oracle ERP project team and met the implementation team, they gave me the first professional experience. They are all professional Oracle implementation teams and have rich project implementation experience, although they are technical personnel, they have a very professional and thorough understanding of the related business in ERP. Developers also have to say that they have a thorough understanding of the ERP business and communicate with our company's professional supply chain. There is no obstacle and they can clearly understand the problems and risks in the business.
In addition, Oracle ERP is a really good product with comprehensive functions. The functions can be implemented through configuration, and secondary development is also very easy. However, ease of use and user experience are indeed poor, and user operations are too complicated.
Then the development process is transparent, and the various stages of the project are also very professional. After we arrived in Fuzhou, we caught up with them for integration testing. After preparing the integration environment, we will bring together all the core owners of the project and repeat most of the functions by workflow and responsibilities.
However, there are also some team management problems: for example, communication and collaboration, the implementation team is divided into implementation consultants and developers, and sometimes the implementation consultants and developers are also involved in the pull of responsibility. There are also situations where the division of work is unreasonable. Some people work very easily, but some work is very heavy, and they have to communicate with the business manager.
