Text file encoding converter and discuzntdotnet2.0 --

Recently I have studied discuzntdotnet2.0 and found that the file opened with vs2005 is garbled, while the notepad is displayed normally! Sigh !!

PS: The discuzntdotnet2.0 website project was built a little disgusting. The first time I saw this practice, it was also associated with IIS, I don't know if this is good for development. Anyway, I don't find anything convenient except for being lame .. In addition, it seems that the version 2.0 is the same as that of. net1.1 (conjecture ^_^)

Find the file encoding converter on the website .. But none of them meet my requirements, or I may not find much .. This discuzntdotnet2.0 solution has multiple encoding methods. The general file encoding converter only supports switching from one type to another, this causes the file to be read in an abnormal format and converted into garbled characters .. I am not happy to view files one by one and then pick them out .. If you want to write your own code, forget it. Haha ..
