The reason is that after changing the computer, the drive letter of the mobile hard disk has changed. It turns out to be an H disk and may be a G disk. The path of the natural icon becomes invalid.
With this in mind, the solution will come out: you only need to change the absolute path to the relative path.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Prepare the icon and set the custom icon
My icon folder (I added it to hide the protected system file attributes, so that this folder can be completely hidden to prevent accidental deletion)

Then set the folder custom icon

Next, we will display the system file containing the custom icon.

This issue will jump out of the system warning. Point is, we will change it back when we finish our work, without affecting security.
2. Modify the icon storage path
After completing the previous step, open the folder with the modified icon, and you will find that there is a desktop. ini in it, and open it with notepad (any text code editor can ).

FolderType = Pictures change the following part to the drive letter. Yes, it is two vertices. Baidu is recommended for relative paths.
3. If everything goes well, your folder icon has been successfully modified. It won't change even if you change the computer (only used in the window operating system)

To hide these system folders, you need to check the hidden system-protected file and click OK. Now it's much easier !!!
