This is mostly because windowssystem32inetsrvmetabase. if the xml file is damaged and IIS cannot be started, you can use the backup file in the windowssystem32inetsrvhistory folder to restore metabase. xml (change the MetaBase_0000000134_0000000000.xml file in windows system32inetsrvhistory to metabase. copy xml to the windowssystem32inetsrv directory to overwrite the original file), and then manually start "IIS Admin Service" or restart the computer.

The windows2003 server can upload up to 204800 bytes (200 KB) of files. You can use NotePad to open C: windowssystem32inetsrvmetabase. xml, find ASPMaxRequestEntityAllowed and change it to the expected value (204800 by default, that is, 200 K), and change it to 51200000 (50 M ).
