The problem caused by the firewall to fail to access the Internet is solved (the correct gateway Mac cannot be obtained)
Yesterday, the company made technical adjustments to the network. It is estimated that the router in my network segment has changed, and then I cannot access the Internet. People around me can access the Internet.
When I arrived this morning, I found that I was able to access the Internet, but after a while I was not able to access it. Other settings were okay. I suspected it was a problem with the firewall and read the firewall logs, in the "ARP Protection Log Entry", we can see that ARP attack packets are frequently received and the source is forged. In the command window, run the ARP-a command to check the MAC address of the gateway, which is the so-called counterfeit source of the firewall. The gateway Mac in ARP protection is incorrect. It seems that the problem is here.
You need to modify the firewall configuration. Modify operate. ini as follows:
[Arpconfig]
IPaddress = gateway IP Address
Macaddress = gateway Mac
The problem has been solved. I wonder if there is any solution to this problem for the firewall.
I hope it will be helpful for the problem of "Traffic firewall leading to Internet access failure.
