Fault symptom:
When you install the Cisco WebEx application on the ThinkPad X1 Tablet machine, the program may stay on the 99% progress bar on the installation page for 3-10 minutes. After the installation is complete, the system microphone and other devices may not be detected in WebEx meetings.

To solve this problem, we recommend that you follow these steps:
1. Follow these steps to change the camera video-related attributes in the registry:
Tip: It is risky to modify the registry. Back up important data in advance.
A) double-click "disable_camera_stability.zip" in the attachment and save the "Disable_Camera_Stability.reg" file to the local hard drive system folder (for example, C: emp)
B) double-click the "Disable_Camera_Stability.reg" file and select Yes to keep the registry settings.
C) remove the "Disable_Camera_Stability.reg" file after the settings are retained.
Note:: "Disable_Camera_Stability.reg" the camera's Digital Vibration Stability function is disabled. To enable this function, delete the following information in the registry: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareWOW6432NodeIntelCamera]
2. Install the Intel SkyCam driver (version: 30.14251.7082.2627)

3. Install the Realtek WebEx sound card driver for WebEx users: (this driver reduces the stereo feature used by WebEx to ensure proper use of microphones in WebEx meetings)
