Compared with other versions of Windows, although the stability of Windows 7 is beyond doubt, due to sudden power failure, virus damage, or installation and uninstallation of some special software, it also makes the boot program of win7 unable to work normally. At this time, win7 cannot start normally and the "0xc000000e" error is reported at the same time.
In this case, most people choose to reinstall the system.
In this status, pressing F8 shortcut cannot bring up the Advanced Startup menu of win7, and of course cannot enter safe mode to perform repair operations. I have some experience to share with you.
First, modify the BIOS to set the USB flash drive as the first boot device, then use the USB flash drive winpe to start the system and run the command prompt tool in the winpe system; enter the following doscommand at the cursor position (press the Enter key every time you enter a doscommand ):
CD c: \ windows \ system32
Bcdedit/set {default} osdevice boot
Bcdedit/set {default} device boot
Bcdedit/set {default} detecthal 1
In the window shown in the right figure, the first doscommand means to switch to the "C: \ WINDOWS \ System32" Directory (win7 is installed on the C drive by default. If Windows 7 is installed on other hard drive partitions, change drive letter C to another drive letter. The meaning of the other three DOS commands is: Set hard disk partition of win7 to default (that is, drive C, the same below) set the partition of the win7 boot file to default and start the computer from the default location.
Input commands in sequence
After the above operations are completed, restart the system to log on to win7 normally, so that we do not have to reinstall the system for a small startup fault. If you have encountered such a startup failure while using win7, please refer to the methods described in this article and believe that the problem can be easily solved.
