To enable the Kerberos event log on Windows Server R2
First, click "Start", "Run" and enter "REGEDIT" to start the Registry Editor.
Second, expand to the following directory
Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\lsa\kerberos\parameters
Add a registry value of LogLevel, type REG_DWORD, and a value of 0x1
If the subkey does not parameters, create it.
Note: When you are finished locating the problem, you are no longer required to remove the registry value so that the server performance is not affected.
Third, quit Registry Editor. Takes effect immediately in Windows Server R2.
You can see the logs related to "Security-kerberos" in "Windows Logs", "System".
