The emerging Internet companies tend to focus on new technologies and directions. If you are in the pursuit of ease, choose the traditional industry, like the challenge and promote the choice of Internet industry. Driven by the wave of Internet +, many emerging internet companies have been springing up since the 2015. Subdivided into many fields, selling vegetables, selling fruit, selling drugs, ordering food, managing money ...

The new Internet industry, talent is its biggest resource. If no one to write code, it is difficult to operate, so in 2015, emerging internet companies in the excavation of talent, willing to lower the cost. The salaries of engineers are generally high, for example, Bert has been working for five years, and his salary is similar to that of many jobs for two or three years. But emerging internet startups have another drawback, which is instability. Startups are really narrow escape, people only see some internet startups survive, and live well. But there are many more unseen startups that have fallen and some are struggling to sustain them.

Recently faced with the job search, there is a difficult choice. Emerging Internet company or traditional Internet company? In fact, I still prefer the emerging internet companies, who do not want to improve themselves, so that they are more competitive? Although I am now in the company, entrepreneurship has failed. Of course these are just bucket, now have a lot of very hot technology: Docker,spark,hadoop,kalfka, and so on, need to learn a lot of things, although they are fast 30 years old, or not willing to mediocrity.

But sometimes, it's not easy to make a choice, and it's hard to find one that is nearly perfect. The last interview met a Silicon Valley back cto,45 years old, more than 20 years of practice, and the manner of speaking is very attractive. Asked a few questions about thread selection and load balancing, the answer is not very good. Later asked me in the home company salary is how much, expected salary is how much? I said the current salary is XX, then he said, if you come to our company, I can only give less than this number, not much. Beware that my heart is not calm, although I like this opportunity. But after all, I am a layman, life pressure is getting bigger, job-hopping salary is lower, is a little unacceptable. If I were a few years younger, I would not hesitate to join the company, but in a special situation, people would make different choices. I still want to think about it and look at other opportunities.
