Troubleshoot USB drive installation Windows Server R2 error

Cause of Error:

When burning a mirror using UltraISO, the file format of the USB drive is changed to FAT32,

Server R2 installation file Install.wim is more than 5G, so the installation failed.

Workaround:

1, according to the normal method to burn the image to the U disk;

2. Change the USB drive file system:

Enter command line mode, input convert F:/fs:ntfs (f disk is the drive letter of my USB drive)

3. Re-copy the Install.wim to the USB flash drive corresponding directory
