Troubleshoot Windows 8.1 IE11 cannot open the local Web site

Recently, under Windows 8.1 of the new system, the local system is debugged with IE11, and when you enter the URL in the browser and press ENTER, the following prompts appear, and the page cannot be displayed.

The URL was later tried to add to the list of trusted URLs, but IE still did not open the URL normally. Originally, under the Security tab of Internet Options, the Web is by default the Internet, not the local internet, so we just need to add the URL to the list of local internet URLs.

Workaround:

1, start IE after opening the "Internet Options"-> "Security" tab, select the local internet-> click "Site";

2, after entering the local Internet, then click the "Advanced" button;

3, the relevant site domain name added to it.
