Tilt sensor:
Human Motion Description is actually a series of related angle calculation processes, there is no relative displacement and scaling between the bones, so the acquisition of human motion, only the angle is necessary. Currently, motion capturing instruments use optical recognition methods for capturing. If you can use a tilt sensor to capture data, it may be better.
The following is an overview of several dip sensors:

Some dip sensors have a low sampling frequency, and the single digit is basically not enough. The 30Hz sampling rate is also ideal.
It is best to have three axes. If the two axes are not known, some bones can be rotated within a certain range, such as the forearm. However, it seems that the volume is not small.
This looks specifically designed for motion detection:

3D Motion Detection System
3D motion detection system: this system can measure the 3D Rotation Speed, 3D acceleration, and the direction and temperature of an object. The master is responsible for collecting and processing the data of each unit to obtain the real motion posture of the object. The entire system is portable and can detect multiple types of motion in real time. It can be connected to a PDA or a PC. It can also be connected wirelessly through Bluetooth technology, and then transmit data to real-time software for processing. Main Application Systems: motion detection, rehabilitation system, biological engineering system, virtual reality, reality amplification, sports, inertial navigation system, human posture measurement, aircraft attitude monitoring, speed measurement, etc.
