Use WinRAR in Windows Command Line

Due to the svn Server failure, when SVN needs to be restored, it is found that the files backed up with jar cannot be unopened and the files are damaged.

WinRAR is often used, but it is mostly used in the graphic interface. Can I use Windows commands?

An error occurred while trying:
C:/Documents and Settings/> WinRAR

Simple processing:

Right-click my computer, choose Properties> advanced> environment variables> system variables> New
Variable name: Path
Variable value: C:/program files/WinRAR;

After the environment variables are set, run WinRAR again in the command line to find that it is OK.

Write a batch file and save it as svnbak. bat.
