Use Visual Studio to create WebService unit test

1. Use Unit Test Wizard to create a unit test. Needless to say

2. Copy the Web. config under the WebService project to the unit test project and rename it app. config. Modify the corresponding configuration if necessary.

3. comment out the hosttype

4. Modify urltotest to the specified WebService URL.
