This tutorial introduces a new method for color-offset image repair. Overall idea: 1, first sample color value: Using the Sampler tool in the picture to select a high light point and a dark point sampling color; 2, adjust the value: The high light and darkened the R value for reference, the value of the g,b are adjusted to the same value as R, 3, and finally find the middle of the value, the same method adjustment can be.
Original
1. Open the original artwork and copy the background layer. |
2. Open the Toolbox to select the Color Sampler tool and set the sample size to 3x3 average or 5x5 average in the tool options. |
3, open the Information panel. |
4, using Color Sampler tool to click on the image of the high light and darkened, in the information panel will see a few two samples of 2# and the RGB value. Hint: Choose the highlight and dark tone is not simply refers to the image of the brightest and most dark, but the image should be reflected in the light and dark. In this case, the high light at the sampling point selected the character Scarf Light place, dark tune 2# sampling point selected the character's hair in the dark. |
5, add color level adjustment layer, to the number of the highest value of the R channel, and adjust the G channel and B channel respectively. The method is: the G-Channel and B-Channel white slip on the color level panel to the Zola until the value reaches 223.
Adjust the green channel first: |
Then adjust the blue channel: |
6, add color level adjustment layer, to 2# sampling point of the lowest number of G channel, adjust the R channel and B channel respectively. You can do this by pulling the R channel and the B-Channel black slider on the color Level Panel to the right until the value reaches 18. Adjust the red channel first: |
Then adjust the blue channel: |
Through the above operation, the image of the phenomenon of high light and dark color deviation is basically corrected. The next most important step, and the hardest step, is to find the middle gray in the image. Keep looking down: 7, stamped layer and copy layer, select Duplicate layer, click "Edit"-"fill", choose 50% Gray, point OK, then the image into Gray. |
8. Change the gray layer mode to the difference value, and continue to keep the selected state. |
9, click on the lower part of the chart layer "Add Adjustment layer" button, select "Threshold", the "threshold" slider to the left, so that the image white. |
10, and then slowly pull the slider to the right, until the image appears black color block, these color blocks is called "Middle ash." |
11, as far as possible to enlarge the image, with the Color Sampler tool to click on the black color block, distance as far as possible, the choice of the more accurate, the effect of adjusting the color of the better. This example selects the 3# and 4# two sampling points. |
12. Turn off or remove the gray layer and the threshold adjustment layer and add the curve adjustment layer on the stamped layer that you just made. This example selects the 4# sampling point, in the three channel median (that is, the G channel value), adjusts the R channel and the B channel respectively, until three channel numerical values all reach 135. |
Adjust the red channel first: |
Then adjust the blue channel: |
In this way, when the highlight, dark tone, the value of the middle gray is uniform, the image is balanced, the color phenomenon will be well corrected. Next, use "optional colors" and other tools to further decorate the image. |
