What if the win7 system cannot recognize the optical drive?
All users are familiar with the optical drive, but sometimes the optical drive will also cause us trouble and cannot be recognized by the system. There is an exclamation mark in the Device Manager and there is a problem with the data signature. What should I do? The following describes the solution for unrecognized Optical Drive.
Method/step
1. Start --- run, enter regedit, and click OK.
2. In the open registry editor window, expand "HKEY_LOCAL_MASHINE----SYSTEM-CurrentControlSet-Control-Class-{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318 }"
3. In the right-side pane, find "UpperFilters", right-click it, and select "delete". Then, a window pops up asking if this value is permanently deleted. We click "yes"
4. Select "LowerFilters" and perform the delete operation.
The above is the solution that the win7 system cannot recognize the optical drive. If you encounter the same problem when using Windows 7, you can use the above method.
