In Windows 7, iTunes is installed and connected to the iphone, which can be identified by PCs, but iTunes does not respond.
Method 1:
1. Fully uninstall iTunes.
2. Reinstall Windows 7. (This is required, because it is not clear whether to uninstall or delete some items)
After the new system is ready ~~ You only need to check three options to solve the problem!
3. Control panel --- program -- enable or disable the windows function;
Click the small plus sign starting from the red circle to mark the two sub-options, as shown in the figure:

Method 2: Solve the driver problem
In Win7:
1. First, make sure that your itunes is the latest version (11.1.1.11), and you are connected to the link to ensure that you can see the status of the photo in it;
2. In the Start menu, right-click computer and choose Properties ";
3. Go to the Device Manager ";
4. Find the "Apple iPhone" entry and select update driver from the shortcut menu;
5. Click browse computer find driver ";
6. Click "install from disk ";
7. Click browse in the dialog box ";
8. Find the driver directory for win7:
C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Apple \ Mobile Device Support \ Drivers
9. Select the usbaapl. inf file and click "OK". After the installation is complete, the iphone can communicate with itunes!
