What should I do if I print something out of the Samsung all-in-one device?

1. Print out horizontal channels

1. The printed channel is horizontally irregular

As shown in Figure 3: find a piece of dry soft cloth and wipe the toner cartridge with toner in the figure below.

The distance between dashes is the same, and the paper is repeated. Please take out the toner cartridge and check whether there is any powder leakage. If the toner cartridge is flushed, use dry cotton to wipe the toner cartridge or the toner cartridge. Re-install the cartridge and test it. If the toner cartridge is invalid, we recommend that you replace the toner cartridge for testing. Check whether the toner is leaked to the machine, take out the consumables and clean the machine, or print several pages continuously for testing.

The photosensitive drum or imaging unit is scratched or contaminated. Check whether there is any or damaged powder leakage. If there is powder leakage, it is recommended to use dry cotton to clean the photosensitive drum and re-install it before testing. If the consumables are not cleaned properly, it is recommended to replace the photosensitive drum or imaging unit test.

2. Vertical printing with White channels

 

Check whether the toner is insufficient. If the toner is sufficient, check whether the paper type and weight are not in line with the specifications. If the paper is normal, check whether the machine is contaminated. If the machine is still not cleaned, it is recommended to replace the photosensitive drum or imaging unit.

 

1. Check whether the toner is insufficient, print the configuration page, and query the number of printed sheets.

 

In Ready Mode, press the stop button for about 5 seconds until the status indicator is flashing quickly and then release it. A report is printed, and the number following "Total Page Count" is printed in the report. If the cartridge life is near, we recommend that you replace the toner cartridge.
