What to do if Windows can't open Help and support

When this problem occurs, it is generally because the Windows System Help system service is not turned on. Generally in the domestic general users rarely use the Windows system to bring the help documents, so many users use some tools, or manually put the Windows system started by default help documents to turn off, if you need these help documents, you have to manually start the service.

1th Step: Click Run in the Start menu, enter "Services.msc" and OK to open the Windows System Services list.

2nd step: Locate and double-click "Help and Support" in the list on the right side of the open service.

3rd step: 1. The startup type is set to "automatic". 2. Click Apply to press the button. 3. Click on the "Start" button again. 4. Finally click OK to press the button.

Note: Remember according to the order shown in the image above, not according to Qin order, may be "start" button is gray is not available.

4th step: After the setup is complete, we can press F1 again to open the help document that comes with the Windows system.

Note: When you open some programs, press F1 to open the relevant help documentation for the program.
