Procedure
1. It is normal that a yellow exclamation mark appears at the bottom right of Windows 7 because the computer is not connected to the Internet, but sometimes it is not easy to solve the problem.
2. If there is a problem with the computer, re-plug the network cable, draw a new network cable, and then restart the computer. Restarting the computer can often cure 90% of the "disease"
3. If it doesn't work after restart, we should first take anti-virus software to diagnose the network environment. There are many anti-virus software. As we all know, we will not discuss them here.
4. If no antivirus service is available, use the network sharing center self-check function provided by WIN7 and click the red cross sign.
5. Enable WINDOWS network diagnosis to view WEB connection problems.
6. If you have any questions, click here. The reason for the connection failure is displayed.
7. Open the Control Panel, find the service, and enable the DHCP Client based on the prompts.
8. If the problem persists, run the "netsh winsock reset" command on the command line to try to run DOS as an administrator.
Notes
If the problem persists, find a computer and check whether the network cable is broken or the Crystal Head is broken.
