In the case of laser printers many friends in the original supplies used up, will choose to fill the toner, which can save office costs. However, sometimes the toner cartridge fills the toner after the printing blank, which is what caused it? How to solve it? The author is here on hand to teach everyone to solve the problem.
There may be four reasons for printing blanks after toner cartridges are filled with toner:
Failure reason one: Toner cartridge is not installed in place
Solution: After filling toner, cartridge installation process in the two sides of the pin is not installed, this will cause the cartridge can not be fully installed in place. We remove the toner cartridge from the printer, check the assembly of the cartridge in detail, and then reinstall it to the printer for a print test.
Failure reason two: Toner cartridge protection cover failed to open
Solution: Take out the toner cartridge with the hand to toggle the top of the toner Cartridge OPC protection cover, see whether flexible, if not flexible please reassemble.
Fault reason three: OPC ground wire function failure
Solution: This is because the OPC on either side of the conductive pin off, or the pin above polish too much caused. We want to see whether the OPC on both sides of the pin has to fall out of the image, if so, directly with the hands of the pin reset, and clean the pin and OPC inside the conductive film on the oil.
Failure reason four: Toner cartridge magnetic stick on the failure to charge or contact bad
Solution: Generally because the conductive part is not installed well, so as long as the demolition and then reload, and focus on the inspection of conductive films everywhere.
