Today, I tried Visual Studio 2008 and failed to install 2 times. The first time is that the. Net Framework 3.5 is not installed correctly and the second time the Web authoring component cannot be installed. Now the installation of programming software is getting more and more troublesome.

For the first problem, it is because I disabled the Automatic Update service.

For the second problem, it's more troublesome. To put it simply, I deleted the Office2007 msocache installation cache file to save space, and the Web authoring component of Visual Studio 2008 also needed some Office2007 files. So first fix the Office2007 with the Office2007 Setup disk, and then install Visual Studio 2008.
