Win7 can surf the internet, but can't sync Internet time?

Reasons and Solutions:

1. Verify that the Windows Time service is started if the Windows Timer service on your computer is not enabled, you cannot synchronize times from the Internet. Please ensure that this service is started.

Confirmation method: Take Windows 7 system as an example, click Desktop computer > Admin > Service and Application > service, locate Windows time, right-click Select Properties, confirm Startup type is automatic, service status is started, as shown below:

2. Confirm Internet time server settings are correct

Computer synchronization time from the Internet, is from the network time server synchronization, if the computer set up a time server is not correct, will not be able to sync time.
