Win7 can't start Windows Security Center

1, confirm the security Center service settings.

Use the key combination "win+r" to bring up the Run Command box, type the command services.msc, enter.

2, if pop-up User Account Control window, please allow to continue.

3, find the Security Center service, double-click it to open the service properties.

4. On the General tab, select Startup type as Automatic, and then click the Start button under Service status now, make sure the service is ready to start?

5. If service startup still fails, please refer to the above steps to enable Remote Procedure call (RPC) and Windows Management instrumentation after the two services have successfully started, try booting again Security Center Service to check if startup is successful.
