　　Reason Analysis:

This problem is due to the firewall Windows Firewall service not being opened.

　Solution:

Turn on Windows Firewall service

Method One

1. Right mouse click on my Computer, choose management and open management;

2. Open the service and application on the left, double-click on the right side of the service and open;

3. In the list of services that appears, find Windows Firewall select Enable.

Method Two

1. The firewall is found under the Control Panel;

2. Use the recommended settings or enable the firewall.
