Just a few days before, the Windows 8.1 build 9385 screenshot was suddenly leaked on the internet. Although no Web site offers this particular build download, we still see a steady stream of new screenshots.
The screenshots show that a new system will add a number of new features that can provide developer tools that apply to Internet Explorer 11. Windows 8.1 Build 9385 builds a new user interface for developers, adding a variety of options including debugging. In addition, the Kiosk mode, which was just discovered a few weeks ago, is now renamed "Assigned Access." This mode will cause the user profile to be locked into a single application, thereby enabling the account to access only the only specified application.
In the leaked screenshots, we also see new features that allow applications to display alarms on the locked screen. Although this feature does not support existing applications, developers will be fully able to use this new feature to improve notification and alerting capabilities within the application.
More to the mention, in the leaked Windows8.1 build 9385 screenshot, the "Start" button or the "Start Back to desktop" option is not displayed. Microsoft is expected to add them to the final public release of Windows 8.1, also known as Window blue.
