Windows 8.1 Update changes

Microsoft released the Windows 8.1 update last month (KB2919355), assuming that you are using a Windows 8.1 system and that you have active updates enabled, the update will be installed on its own initiative. With this update, Microsoft announced at the same time from one months later (in mid-May) that all Windows 8.1 systems had only been able to get other updates after installing the update (KB2919355). Today, Microsoft issued its latest statement, saying that while most Windows 8.1 users have installed KB2919355 through their own proactive updates, some users are still not installing it. As a result, Microsoft has postponed the change to June 10 to ensure that most Windows 8.1 users can get the update. That is, after June 10, users of Windows 8.1 must first install KB2919355 to obtain additional system updates, including security updates. In addition, it should be noted that this change is for Windows 8.1 systems only (including Windows RT 8.1) and that the Windows 8 or earlier version number of the operating system is not affected.
