Boot to the login page, showing that Windows cannot load the user's configuration file. However, you can use the default configuration file of the system to log on.

Possible causes (query from network ):
1. some software may not be properly shut down (the registry is not completely released). You may not be able to fully load user hive during the next login, And the temp profile may be generated. You can go to C: /Documents and Settings to see if the temp folder is generated
If this continues, your registry's profilelist may be faulty.
2. The original user configuration file may be damaged or lost. Log on to the system using the default configuration file. Then, delete the original user account in the user account and create a new user account.
Solution:
The original desktop files and my documents are stored in the corresponding user files under C:/Documents and Settings. If the files cannot be opened or operated, see reason 2.
