Step one: Identify the process number that listens on the specified port:

C:\> Netstat-ao | FINDSTR 443

TCP 0.0.0.0:443 sean-notepc:0 LISTENING 12776

The last one is the process number, 12776.

Step two: Find the process that corresponds to the process number:

c:\> tasklist/fi "pid eq 3040" image name                        PID Session name              session #        memory usage ========================= ====== = = ================ =========== ============visualsvnserver. exe          12776 Services                   0      8,816 K

Now you know it's visualsvnserver. This process takes up 443 ports, and the session name is services that you can see started as a service.
