Start the service "WinHTTP ...." The service also encountered an error "the DHCP Client service that is dependent on the WinHTTP Web Proxy auto-discovery Service is unable to start because of the following error . "

Viewing the event properties, the system prompts the DHCP Client service to have a dependent relationship with the following nonexistent services: TDX

Workaround:

Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK. Locate the following registry key.

Hkey_local_machine\system\controlset001\services\dhcp, in the right pane, double-click DependOnService

Modify the contents of the box to: TCPIP AfD NetBT


Repair after reboot
