Windows Mobile Development-Development of GPS programs

Source: Internet
Author: User

Mobile manages the ing of GPS ports, so GPS supports multipleProgramRun simultaneously. During GPS development, we can read NMEA metadata from the GPS hardware and parse it according to the protocol. Of course, you can also use the existing open-source class libraries. I have two open-source class libraries: gpsreader and Microsoft sample programs. In the MS example, the drive letter is in the Directory D: \ Program Files \ Windows Mobile 6 SDK \ samples \ pocketpc \ CS \ GPS.

In the MS Class Library:

Gpsdevicestate and gpsposition are generated by GPS events; position is generated every second.

Gpsreader also provides GPS information for the event. gpsreader requires the specified port and baud rate of the mobile phone, while the Microsoft class library is specified by Windows Mobile.

For more information, see the example.
