Memory management for Windows systems is not always very effective. Many users feel that Windows is running pretty fast when they start the system, but after a while (for example, after a big 3D video game exits), it feels as if the whole system is running at a significantly lower speed. What's going on here? Originally, because the physical memory always has the upper limit, so the Windows system uses the virtual memory paging mapping mechanism to manage memory, that is, the paging system by allocating part of the hard disk as additional memory. When small chunks of memory called pages are no longer in use, they can be stored on disk to free up more physical memory space. When Windows9x starts, the operating system takes up almost 20 m of physical memory, and once you run another program, Windows keeps swapping memory pages between physical and virtual memory. NT can use up to 64KB of pages, but Intel's CPU enforces 4KB pages. The system runs for a long time, the page fragment in the memory will be more and more, this is the reason that the system running speed drops.

Windows Optimizer master provides memory-collation capabilities for the shortcomings of Windows operating system memory management. It is suitable for the Windows9x/2000/xp/2003/vista operating system, and can effectively release memory without affecting the system speed. In the use of the process, we recommend that users enter the Wopti memory collation of the Setup interface, click "Recommended", select "Save" to return to the software main interface, so that the Wopti memory collation work in the most effective state. While it is recommended that users do not start the memory collation while running large game software, larger games may consume large amounts of physical memory (usually 100%), so organizing and releasing memory at this time may slow down the game.

Quick release. For the drawbacks of depth collation, the Windows Optimization Master Memory Collation module provides WINDOWSNT/2000/XP/2003/VISTA users with more advanced and unique fast release capabilities. It can quickly release physical memory without affecting the speed of the system at all. The more applications the user runs at the same time, the more significant the effect. After finishing quickly, the application will not run faster, but because the memory arrangement is more reasonable, the speed will be improved. The advanced fast release algorithm not only allows for rapid release speed (tested, in most cases less than 0.5 seconds to complete), while the CPU occupancy rate is very low (tested, in most cases the CPU occupancy rate does not exceed 5%). Fast release Although the memory space can be released less depth, but because each piece of memory released by the accurate calculation, the effect is more significant, it is recommended that Windows2000/xp/2003/vista users to use rapid release and discard the depth of collation.

Deep finishing. The advanced collation provided by the Windows Tuning Master Memory collation module, like most memory release software, provides more abundant physical memory for the application that will run by moving the contents of physical memory to virtual memory in the hard disk swap file. Deep finishing can release the most physical memory, but the drawbacks are obvious, because of the indiscriminate physical memory forced migration, resulting in the user is running applications forced to restart the physical memory and virtual memory data exchange, but caused the overall performance of the system decreased.

The CPU occupancy rate is relatively low during the depth finishing process, and the user can click the "Abort" button to interrupt the memory depth sorting and release operation.

Note 1: Repeat memory depth finishing although the user will get the maximum physical memory, it will reduce the system speed. As a result, it is not recommended to continue to deeply defragment memory for several consecutive times.

NOTE 2: Repeat memory quick release users are also likely to gain more physical memory, but the relative depth of the collation has been quite limited.

Note 3: Before Wopti, the memory collation automatically monitors and analyzes the current system's ability to complete memory fragment release, and does not allow collation if this condition is not available. For example, memory defragmentation is not allowed when the user's swap area is about to run out.
